We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
For your convenience shipping is calculated by a Flat fee Rate for US. Customers in the Charleston area can select "Pick up in Store" and they will not be charged shipping. International orders need to select "International Shipping", see note below about International Shipping. International Shipping Cost is a Flat $20.00 rate at time of purchase.
If your Country International Shipping is less than the $20.00 Charleston Scrapbook Company will refund the difference to you via your Pay Pal account. If your Country International Shipping is more than the $20.00 you will recieve a email notice thru Pay Pal for the difference before your shipment is sent to you. If at this time you change your mind on your purchase Charleston Scrapbook Company will refund your total back to your Pay Pal account. US Shipping is a flat Rate of $9.00 (this includes a confirmation fee of delivery) If your shipment is less than the $9.00 flat rate you will be refunded the difference (either with your order, via paypal or a check). We here at CSC are NOT in the business to make money off your shipping cost.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). There are no returns or exchanges on paper or cardstock items except on manufacturer defects.
You should expect to receive your store credit within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). The credit is then automatically posted to your online account.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
